All orders are dispatched from UK within 3 days. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know once it has been shipped.
UK TO UK: For any order shipped from the UK to the UK, we ask that you please allow 14 days for your order to arrive.
UK TO OUTSIDE UK: For any order shipped via an untracked method from the UK to any other location we ask that you please allow 28 days for your order to arrive.
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days if based in the UK or 28 days for orders going internationally from dispatch date, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you locate your order or find a resolution.
Please note:
If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, note it may incur import duties and local customs charges. Any additional charges will need to be paid by the recipient on receipt of the order. The specific rules and charges vary depending on the country, and local government who determines these charges and unfortunately we cannot provide any further details or calculations at this time.
All orders are sent with an untracked service. If you would like to request express shipping please contact us prior to order and we will look to arrange a special service for your order at an additional charge.

We offer a returns policy on all physical items returned in resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
We accept physical items to be returned as long as they are in a resaleable condition. To be resaleable they must not be damaged, dirtied or worn (apart from trying on for size). If the item is considered factory defective, we will replace the purchased item with a fresh copy (if still in stock).
Please contact us through this website, and we will be able to provide you with advise on how to return your item. Please do not return any items before contacting us.
We recommend that you send returns back via a tracked postage method.
Please note we cannot accept returns of digital format products.
